Display adapter error 43 gpu

I have the pc I had 2-3 years now. My set up has MSI 970 GAMING ATX AM3+ Motherboard, MSI ARMOR OC RADEON RX 570 8gb card with AMD FX 8320 3.5ghz 8 core processor Kingston HyperX Fury 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR3-1866 CL10 Memory. One day I was on my pc playing powerwash simulator and watching a twitch live stream at the same time and my screen started to glitch crazy. Now it has these little red streaks like on the screen. I tried DDU to clean and restart my drivers but same issue. Also I have a code 43 on my gpu and do I need to buy a new gpu? My budget gpu is around $100 -$300 need help.

Well, I'm sorry but it does sound like it based on what you've described. You can look into used GPUs for 100$ - 300$ you could try to see if you can get a used 3080 for around 300$, for cheaper than that would be a used 3060.
