What particular r9 gpu?

Is this an existing build or are you buying these? Cause theyre pretty horrible buys unless you get em for cheap

I mean your not even going into other specs like the motherboard, gpu, storage, ram type these can affect your performance. My solution if its all you can currently afford just wait and save up its not worth it to get a shitty pc as it will cost more in the home run to upgrade it.

Okay but actually, I'm currently typing this off of a bad computer from my sister till my motherboard gets here but I just compared this computers processor to your specs and I'm telling you now this computer has no dedicated gpu and it cant even run simple 2D games and the difference between mine to yours is 2% so don't use any of those please.
