It's a Molex/Peripheral connector. If you have a modular power supply, you'll need another cable for it. Note that this type of fan offers no speed control; it will run at 100% all the time.

PLEASE STOP [Killing] ME I WILL GIVE Y OU ANOTHER DEAL.

That's a Molex plug, an old standard for powering peripherals. There should also be a cable with a small plug and that's the one you should use. It connects to fan headers (pins) on the motherboard. That's preferable especially if it has four pins, as those can be speed controlled by the system.

You can just plug one of the matching male plugs into the one from the fan, though, it'll work though it will be at full speed constantly.

Sadly its the only cable attached to the Fan

Yeah, that's a molex.

There's only 2 pins on your fan's connector because the fan only need 12v and GND.

While a fully pinned molex consists of 12v, 5v, and two GND.

There is approximately 99% chance I edited my post

Should I plug it into this or Do I need something Else?

Straight into it. The pictures in your first post suggest you have some kind of pass-through connector, with pins on one side and sockets on the other. Just plug the pin-side of your fan connector into the socketed end of the PSU cable.
