6700XTs arn't very power hungry, a 650W PSU should easily be enough for it and a 5600.

Hello, so I bought pc before like 4 years and upgraded every part except GPU 

I want something newer, just to be able to play games, rtx is cool but not deal breaker, same goes for dlss
I would like something like 3060 12gb or better performance but I wont be upgrading CPU or PSU soon so nothing too much

You might be able to get a 6700XT new, which would give you 12GB of Vram (making the card relevent for a longer period of time) (it's also alot better at traditional rendering than a 3060, although you will miss out of DLSS and your raytracing performance won't be as good).

Common build advice:

1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticeably improve performance past 240mm and don't improve at all past 360mm. 9) RTFM.

He/Him - I'm a PhD student working in the fields of reinforcement learning and traffic control. PCs are one of my hobbies and I've built many PCs and performed upgrades on a few laptops (for myself, friends and family). Don't worry too much about the VRM, these cards won't really able to push 4k to that high and get affacted by it that much

 

Second hand is not an option, I forgot to mention that.
But yes I agree 3070 and 3080 are beasts for that price

Bosnia is not part of EU, for my gpu to cross border if I buy it via ebay it would be too much, much more money (around 150-200$ on top of its price).

And on our version of ebay, 3060 12gb is around 20$ cheaper than new ones 😕

600W should also be fine.

PCPartpicker thinks it wil only need 419W which is well within the margins I'd consider safe.
