Anything below 350

I currently have a budget board the ASROCK B650m pro rs WiFi

Well I think I gave you a pretty exhaustive list... white are still kind of niche, but as you can see, almost every vender have one.

(I mean I just go to each brand, select AM5 and scroll look though the short list of boards)

I think the Gigabyte one and NZXT one looks the whitest... rather than sliver-ish.

I’m thinking about getting a new motherboard for my 7800x3d but I’m not sure what to get. Any suggestions on a good White motherboard.

You are in luck, white boards seems are in fashion. A lot of Chinese vender are show casing white builds.

But seems most AM5 are B650 boards

(There is a ITX version too)

(Not recommended given Asrock have a reputation of not-so user friendly BIOS)

There are also some other choices

Colorful (reputable Chinese brand, but don't think they are that popular outside of China)

https://en.colorful.cn/en/home/product?mid=84&id=038ea87b-9313-4939-8c7d-03bac13eac41

Asus ROG Strix X670E-A Gaming Wifi (might be out of your budget)

ASUS Prime X670E-PRO WiFi (maybe in your budget?)

ASUS Prime X670-P (well... more black than white I would say)

https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-x670-p/

MSI MAG B660M Mortar Wifi (sliver... again)

Also the X670E Taichi Carrara, though I'd still say that it's almost certainly not worth the upgrade.

well I didn't put it in since the OP said 300 USD. XD

Some of these boards are over that. From what I saw on Amazon, the Gigabyte board seems like a pretty good deal, Asus too, but I don't like to get Prime boards (I tend to avoid lowest tier product, and aim for at least second cheapest, but that said... AM5 are pretty good, so it's down to price, aesthetic, what ports you need on the board, and maybe try matching GPU and Motherboard so you can install one less RGB bloat.)
