Bottleneck help

Ive been looking for a long time to get a new CPU because im pretty sure that my current CPU (ryzen 7 5700g) is bottlenecking my GPU (MSI 6800XT). I am not 100% sure as every time I use a bottleneck calculator it varies. I have been looking and am thinking about getting a Ryzen 7 5800X3D. Any thoughts/ suggestions? 

 

If it is needed/ helpful these are my current specs,

 

MB: Asus TUF gaming B550M-PLUS

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700G 

GPU: MSI 6800XT

RAM: Corsair vengance RGB Pro 16GB

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 GT 80 plus gold 

CPU COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black edition
