I have owned a CR Touch and I have been using the Jyers software but for the past year it has stopped working and I have not been able to find a solution. I use Cura as a slicer and use an Ender 3 V2 with a 4.2.2 32 bit mainboard. I would like ideas of how I might fix this issue

You can't just say it stopped working and expect us to know what is wrong. You will need to dive deep into the issue and explain to us exactly what is happening. How do you connect to your 3d printer? Wifi? SD card? Flash drive? Do you have the most up to date versions of all software on your computer along with the most up to date firmware on your printer? When you connect to your printer does it turn on? Does it have any error messages? Or do all of your issues arise when you actually go to print? Is it an issue of print quality? Is it an issue of initiating the print?

Think through some of these questions fully and come back with a full question and we can do our best to help.

As the other commenter stated, without more information its hard to help.

Is the probe not doing anything?

Is the bed leveling data not being saved?

Is it working if you turn off bed leveling and just manually level before printing?

Have you changed your start gcode to include the proper commands in order for it to run the bed level at the start (G29)?

Do you have any post processing turned on like "use previous probing"?

Ok so I have all my stuff updated and still am not having any successful prints. The problem I keep having is two things my extruded tip would either be so close to the build plate or cannot extrude or it will be so high up it will not get any filament in the correct location

I have added G28; and G29;

Have you manually leveled the bed first?

have you checked the eccentric nuts under the bed to make sure they are holding the wheels tightly in the grooves?

I’ve had them come loose over time from wear and tear or just show up loose from shipping.

if they are loose the bed can seesaw back and forth and even a small amount of slop can lead to a large amount of movement at the edge of the bed.

try and make sure to reply “to this comment” so I get notified to help you more.

I have like 25-30 printers myself so I’m sure I can help.

That’s a bed levelling issue. Manually level it and check the bed hasn’t warped
