Seems like you are wasting money on aesthetics. Here are some of my recommendations:

5000d airflow case

AG620 cpu cooler

G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32 GB ram

Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB storage instead of the two separate storage

look into cheaper fans

Cheaper PSU, you don't really need 1000w for your build!

Suggested changes:

CPU: Swap 7900 with 7800X3D. 7900 is a good all-rounder/productivity CPU (review), but the X3D is what I'd be buying for only gaming (7700 vs 7800X3D video here).

Cooler: Swap Noctua U12A for Peerless Assassin (for price/value), review here.

SSD: Swap 500GB SATA and 1TB M.2 for a 2TB M.2. SATA is outdated and not eligible for DirectStorage. I don't think the 1TB 990 Pro is worth $80.

Graphics: Swap 4070 for 4080. (for performance). This is the most important thing in your PC, in my opinion, so I'd dump most of the budget here.

Case: Swap 7000D for Lian Li 216 and remove be quiet fans (for price/value). The Ryzen CPUs are pretty low power (see here) so they don't need much airflow and the 216 comes with enough for a high-end CPU/graphics card.

PSU: Downgrade to A850G PCIE5 (for price/value), review of 1000 watt version here. You don't need 1000 for the spec you're planning, the 7900 and 4070 are very modest, but even with a 4080 I'm comfortable with 850.

Cripplingly slow RAM

Overpriced M.2 for what it is

Paid extra 10eur for PSU when same exists cheaper.

Have a look at this:

I've spent a bit more on the tower so it just runs quieter. 7900XT is plenty strong for the zero games we know you'll be playing at any resolution, framerate. Also a 4TB M.2 so you have all the space you could want. 6200MHz RAM, but still drop it down to 6000MHz -

It doesn't require XMP/EXPO to operate and runs @ 1.1v.

And I think the QLC-based P3/P3 Plus aren't cheap enough for their poor endurance (the 970 Evo Plus is rated for 50% more TBW, with half the capacity).

Decent PSU, but not ATX 3.0/PCIE5 and my build has a 4080.
