TDR Failure/BSoD

about id say every other hour or so my display will flicker black then TDR failure hits and it either recovers or BSoD's my system
i9-13900k 5.5GHz
ROG Strix z690-E  2305 (tried the latest ones and its still the same issue) 
ROG Strix 4090OC (Newest drivers, used DDU several, several times and tried old drivers) 
Ram Tforce x2 32GB running at 4800?Mhz
Corsair RM1200x 1200W 80+ Gold
2 Samsung 980 Pro 1tb m.2 SSD's (1's boot) 
4TB Seagate HDD
I've gone through everything Nvidia support could offer and no real luck, I've searched low and high trying to look for fixes but nothing seems to work, I don't believe the GPU is faulty as it runs completely fine otherwise but I'm no professional. It seems from what I can gather a driver is corrupt or not there but I've installed countless drivers at this point to try and find one to work, using DDU each time but nada.

You could try without the gpu.

Did you replug carefully every connector ?

How are your temps around failure time ?

Temps Have been fine, i can attach sensor data charts if you'd like. had todo so for Nvidia support. and without the gpu you mean runoff of integrated graphics right?

if your igpu drivers are installed.. did you ever DDU them?

DDU where it says nvidia default you can change it to intel ..

tried it, lasted most of the day but the issue still persists
