Hive light bulbs not pairing

Hi,

Anyone know about hive light bulbs? I'm not being successful at getting them to connect to hive and I've tried everything however they blink twice but won't pair in the app and install after waiting 10 minutes in the app still nothing...

Anyone have any knowledge of bulbs 馃ぃ
