looks super solid and everthing should be compatible

only the SSD with Motherboard Thermal Guard looks difficult, cant say if that really fits

The RTX 4070 is fine, you can safe a buck with the RTX 3080 or 6800XT same performance,

look up your local pricing

I was about to say the same thing. I'd recommend the Corsair RM850e (2023) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply, but you can check out some good and bad PSU here

I would highly reccomend the 6800XT/7800XT since it's similar performance with more VRAM. Depending on the pricing though. I'd say the 6800XT 10%-15% cheaper to make up for the lack of ray tracing performance DLSS however, FSR3 may be able to close that gap to 5%-10%

I assume you meant the 7800X3D. I've never heard of the 7700X3D.

The Motherboard seems like way overkill if all you're going to be doing is gaming and here in the US is WAY overpriced in my opinion. Depending on the savings there, you may even be able to grab a higher tier Graphics card maybe the 7900XT???

Some speed and saving could be had if you go for the TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB 32 GB since it has lower latency at the same speed, but again availability and pricing in your region take precedence

Everything else seems solid

1) There is no 7700 x3d.  Just the 7800 x3d

2) the Gigabyte P-GM series is ranked F Tier on the PSU Cultists list.  Don't buy it.  Aim for b Tier or better.

https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/

3) Get a better heatsink, the 212 is overpriced and underperforming today.  Peerless Assassin 2's are about the same price and WAY better.

The other components seem okay

I'd say that b tier+ is perfect for his price point, but c tier is great for budget builds.

With the heatsink, I'm not sure the pricing in India, but both those heat sinks are similarly priced here in the US and while the peerless assassin would perform better, he may want the aesthetics of the Halo 212 and it would perform adequately enough.
