My PC is set up in a dual boot system with Windows and Ubuntu. I have just bought Starfield and don't have enough space in my windows partition. How can I change the storage amount on the two disk partitions?

I have tried going though windows, disk management, but it can't see the other partition.

Try taking a look at Partition Assistant by AOMEI.  I have used it for years now without any problems.  It allows you to create, delete, change size and a whole lot of other stuff.  Just don't forget to hit the "APPLY" button in the top left corner.  And Partition Assistant is free, including most of the basic stuff.

Take care and good luck.
