Cheap out on the motherboard if you can cuz that ain't gonna affect your peformance. 

Go for DDR5 if you want max performance and DDR4 if you think that will do.

Go for a cheaper case so you can get better peripherals and if possible a better gpu.

I think a i5 13th gen should do because in minecraft single core speed count only matters.

Those tips should give you a cheaper system so you can fit more things in (maybe get a better gpu (shhh dont teell anyone...)).
