Games that I want to play are minecraft win10 RTX, cod, gta5, starfeld, vr preferably at max graphics.

4400mhz ram is pretty slow, you should have 6000mhz or better to get the most out of that system. And a better mobo and cooler would be good in getting the most out of that 13700k if it fits your budget.

 

Also we cant see the pricing on those.

Cheap out on the motherboard if you can cuz that ain't gonna affect your peformance. 

Go for DDR5 if you want max performance and DDR4 if you think that will do.

Go for a cheaper case so you can get better peripherals and if possible a better gpu.

I think a i5 13th gen should do because in minecraft single core speed count only matters.
