Pc wont turn on

Just got a new msi 4080 suprim and switched it with my old 2080 gaming x, pc wont turn on with the new gpu, i hear a click from the psu and the motherboard lights up like normal but nothing more, tried without the gpu and the pc turns on like normal.

 

what could the problem be?

 

specs are:

rog strix B550-f

gigabyte g750h gold

corsair vengeance 3600mhz 32gb

ryzen 3800x

lian li galahad 380 aio

kingston kc3000 1terra ssd

lian li dynamic evo

corsair «premium 600w pcie 5.0 cable

A 4080 is a very power hungry GPU and a 600w isn't enough.
