Found a deal for i5-12600kf for $150 with special promo. Trying to upgrade from i5-4590.

Should I get it or wait till black friday or christmas deals or something like that?

I already got a decent gpu being help back by the cpu

Do you have the budget for the motherboard and RAM as well?

If yes, are they on sale too? If not, a black friday deal usually have most of the items on sale, so it would be better.

Amazon Prime Big Deals day is Oct 10-11 which may be a good time to grab stuff as well.

no the other components aren't on sale. But I would have enough money to buy them anyways. But that's not what I wanted to do, the whole point was to save money, even if I can buy the items off sale. Although, I could just but the CPU, and wait to get the motherboard and ram.

But like another said, I should probably wait until some sale time so I can get all of the components at once for sale. Thank you.

No, don't wait, if the parts have decent warranty go for it and grab them.

 

If there's one thing that blasted pandemic taught me is always buy when you see stuff in stock hell even if it's a bit pricier than usual.
