I'm trying to pick a good CPU for gaming, and I'm considering between the i5-13400F and the Ryzen 7 5800x. Which one would you recommend? Also, are the Ryzen 5 5600 and 5600x good alternatives?

For the graphics card, I'm going for an RX 6600, and I'm starting with a single 16GB RAM stick, with plans to upgrade to 32GB in the near future.

What would be your suggestion for my setup?

is it just for gaming? If so then I would actually get the ryzen 5 7600 and a ddr5 system

The 5600x would be my choice in the US since the 5600 is actually more expensive than the 5600 right now and if it's just for gaming you won't need those extra cores on the 5800x or the extra e cores on the 13400f since those mostly help in productivity

My budget is around 600-650$ also I prefer a DDR4 system as it fits my budget also what if I get something like a Ryzen 5 7600x paired with a 6650xt or is that too much and the Ryzen 5600x or 5700x enough?
