Seems like some pretty bad customer service. What exactly is the drive you bought. Also give me a link to the website you bought it from.

They finally got back to me today.

 

I purchased it for $26 a couple years ago for my DIY pfSense router. I know it's not a lot of money, but a warranty is a warranty.  The drive failed and it should be honored.

True.  They did replace it with a 60GB mSata Amazon renewed drive and apologized they were on a business trips.
