Help finding new laptop

Hello!

Im looking for a new laptop, I studied Math in University and I'm currently doing a master in combinatorial mathematics so I need a laptop that can support a lots of number crunching, I also like doing python stuff related to my current career. My budget is around 600 dollars and I need it to be decently portable as I move it around the University Campus and other places. I don't need a lot of gaming performance since I don't usually game. Aesthetics wise I don't care much, I prefer something elegant and smart, but I really dont want to leave performance on the table just for better looks.
