Philips OLED strange glitch on pov change

i hope this is the right section fort this problem.

so basically i've got a Philips 4K 55OLED856/12 2021, nearly the top tier model of 2021. Since then it has been really good, but i've got this very strange problem in some streaming application like prime video or netflix.

more specifically, as you can see in the video, when there are banding in top and bottom of the picture, when the pov changes, sometimes the image glitches, like it was rendered in a wrong position and then the tv move it in the correct place. It happens like 1 every 5 scenes when there is banding a a lot of black color on screen.

do you have any idea why it does it? it is so confusing that i don't even know how to explain it.

(the video is recorded in slow-mo, at normal speed is not so evident but still troublesome)
