try running 4 at 3000 .. or 2 at 3200..

amd is not realy happy with 4 sticks and XMP/DOHC/EXPO .. but it's a lottery.

Running the 2 sticks of 3200 works perfectly fine just not mixed with the 2400, i have tried the 2 sticks of 2400 on their own too and they do not work however worked perfectly fine on my old cpu and motherboard which were 1st gen ryzen.

you can only use the slowest speed if you use 2 kits.  most replace them entirely if they swap speeds.
