There's Bound By Flame, The Elder Scrolls series, the Dragon Age series, the Final Fantasy re-releases for PC, The Banner Saga? - not sure on this one -, The Witcher series - I don't think there are dragons in The Witcher -, the Neverwinter Nights games, the Diablo series, perhaps the Sacred series, the Gothic series, the Darksiders games - sort of more Biblical apocalypse than medieval -, and that's all I can come up with off the top of my head.

WARNING: CONSOLE GAME INCOMING (yes, I realize this is the PC Gaming section. Nonetheless.)

 

Dragon's Dogma. It's a fantastic open adventure action rpg with amazing combat. Have you ever wanted to light yourself on fire then grab onto a griffon that's just taking flight, just to bring it crashing back down to the ground? Or perhaps you'd like to conjure up a whip made of lightning and go to town on a cyclops you just knocked over with a tornado? Well look no further!

 

But it's not without it's flaws. The

 does a pretty good job of summing it up. The expansion (Which also includes the original full game) does a pretty good job of addressing it's flaws and provides some of the best bosses I've ever fought in any game.
