Other things

I want to be able to play nearly all games at 120hz+ at 2k with med-high settings
This is a mid tower build

The things I'd most like feedback on are the choice of motherboard, CPU fan, and PSU choice

I'm also curious if I should switch some parts out for others

You can go with a way faster GPU on this budget (most important component by far, the white one I picked costs an extra 40 canuck bucks over a black one), as well as a bigger SSD (2tb is so much better than 1tb, dramless gen 4 is more than fast enough for anything a game will need it to do), a good motherboard with onbaord wifi and bluetooth, and faster/tighter RAM.
