Hello so I just built a pc and installed all of my fans. The issue that I'm having is having control of all the fans I bought a micro connectors pwm splitter hub from microcenter and i thought this was going to be it but i still dont have control of everything. I have a nzxt h5 case with an ASUS Z790-P Prime motherboard. I currently have two noctura fans on the top, two nzxt fans on the front and the rest of the fans are what comes with the case. Is there anything that i can do to have control of all the fans and create a custom fan curve?

You control them either through BIOS or through software in Windows.

Every fan that is connected to the same header / hub will behave as one.
Example : If you connect Fan 1, 2, 3, & 4 to the hub and then connected the hub / splitter to Fan header 1, then if you change the curve of the fan on fan header 1, all fans will be affected.

Example #2 : If you connect Fan 1 & Fan 2 to the hub/splitter and connect the hub/splitter to Header 1, then you connect Fan 3 & 4 to header 2.
Changing Header 1's curve will only affect Fan 1 & 2. Changing Header 2's curve will only affect Fan 3 & 4.
