Screen flickers

I’ve been having this problem for 2 weeks now, tried a lot of tips online but none of them worked, My screen flickers/blinks when im in game/app like dota2 ,valorant,minecraft, discord, microsoft powerpoint and even in my home screen alone.

monitor: Nvision ES27g1 pro 180hz

motherboard: Msi MAG B550 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI

cpu: ryzen 5 5600 6cores 12 threads

gpu: Msi ventus RTX 3060

ram: 8x2 kingston fury

power supply: Cooler master G500 Gold

Greetings! Did you happen to find a solution? I, too, have been experiencing this with my ES27G1 PRO. It flickers when set to 180hz, and when a certain color is displayed while browsing, opening images or editing them with PS. My temporary fix is setting the refresh rate below 180hz i.e. 144hz-165hz.
