Green screen left side,

Hi 馃憢 I need some experience help here, never in my life ever hade this happened, I use 2 monitor's the second one works perfectly my mane went crazy on me its on display port, and 3 years to 4 years old sitting on 4090 got scared though thought my grafics card died, its pretty new just few months old, can some one help me what this is? Thx
