RBG on, not boot.

Hello, I just recently built a pc about a week ago, and it has been working fine. But out of nowhere it fails to cold boot and is giving me an orange LED on the mobo. It has done this before but after fiddling around with connections, different cables, and dimm slots, it fixed itself with no clear reason. Then the next day the problem occurred again. This time I was not able to fix it. All of the rgb turns on but it does not boot. Specs and things I've tried are below.

 

Asus b650-a 

Ryzen 7 7800x3d

G.skill z5 rgb @5800mhz 2x16gb

Gigabyte 3060 ti oc

Seasonic prime 750 80+ platinum

 

I've tried:

Booting without gpu in

Using only one dimm

Taking out and cleaning the dimms

Putting dimms into different slots

Checking psu connections

Flashing latest BIOS

Clearing CMOS

 

Nothing has worked, and it is still giving me an orange q-led. What should I do?

 

I'm willing to accept that something is faulty, but I'm not sure what is.
