I am stuck. I have started moving my system to a much better case but I think my previous case had a fan controller. I can't figure out why I can't get any of my case fans to spin.

Photo 1 is what I am building in. A lian li lancool 216.

The next photo is the fan connection board that I've taken out of my old nzxt phantom 630 case which could just power all of the fans from a simple slider switch.

Is there such a thing as a power cable that just connects from the motherboard to this fan connection board to just power all of the case fans at the same speed all the time from one header or am I too hopeful and I need to buy a fan controller? Lian li do one but I do not care for rgb at all. Can I connect all of this using that or should I think about a pwm (pcie slot?) fan controller.

The fans are stock except for the obvious 4 x noctua NFA14
