So I am attempting to setup a KVM, I am Currently running two Computers, my Desktop, mainly for Gaming and my Large code compiles and my Laptop for School/Anything thats not Artifical Intelligence compiles.

The issue is I cant really use my laptop at my setup because of how large it is, I run three monitors, my keyboard has two USB heads that plugs into my desktop, and more. Way to many USB Headers. Until I saw Linuses video when he built his gaming room for his kids.

With KVMS I thought I could do it, but even with looking into it I have no idea how to do this? I cant use thunderbolt (YET) because I run a b450 Tomahawk pro, although I Plan to upgrade motherboards since I am running a 7900xtx with a 3600x.

So with the design I have below, how can I go about plugging all my peripherals into a KVM and Dock (or no dock) with one device not having thunderbolt? and the other having Thunderbolt 4? because I am afraid that with all my of USB devices, going none Thunderbolt may cause data lose or the data not transfer fast enough
