I found a pair of speakers that were used with my now gone speaker set and I'm trying to hook them up to my PC somehow to replace my old speaker. They are a pair of Sony's SS-RS9. It uses black-red cables that I don't know what to call and I want to plug them in to RCA connectors since my speakers are now connected to my wubwoofer. Does anyone know how to do it? I'd rather try this first instead of buying.

Another not so important thing, I have a center speaker from the same speaker set that I want to use as a center speaker, if that is even possible

It sounds like you don't know how to solder. You will need to solder RCA plugs onto the wires before you can use them. In regards to your centre speaker, same thing applies but you can only use it if the woofer has a centre output, otherwise it'll be useless.

I'll ask someone to solder it for me then. Would the impedance matter at all for the speakers?

It doesn't, so I'll probably just store them

Thanks
