Its for awesomeness not actual performance.

However along that line how much would adding it to a loop with 2 gpu's and 1 Cpu effect the loop

What do you mean 'effect'? It isn't going to add any noticeable heat, if that's what you're asking. All you'd be doing is adding a needless restriction in your loop. I guess as long as you realize how expensive a loop is anyway, and how much of a waste of money it is, go for it.

not realy since memory doesnt heat up a lot

It should work if you can take the heatspreader off the memory, otherwise it won't fit into that cooler.

However memory cooling is not really worth the effort/money, especially with relatively basic memory such as the kit that you have chosen. You will be better off not WCing your memory and using the money that you saved on better memory such as Corsair Dominator Platinums, that way you will actually get better performance instead of slightly cooler memory

You can still make a really clean looking loop with just a CPU and GPU block.
