Hi Kaaty! You'll need a USB storage device, specifically around 16GB of storage so you're able to install Windows 10-11, and another computer with an existing install of Windows. You'll need to click on the link for the Windows key you have. The process of creating the install media is fairly simple, they give you easy to follow instructions!

You can either use: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 or https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11

Can you specify on this issue? If you are following Media Creation Tool, do be noted that they need FAT32 or NTFS formatting, and also 8GB of free space after formatting. So if you haven't already, format your drive properly first. Tell me your platform of choice if you need help in this case.
