Computer burn in

Hello all!

So my dad has had his ideap pad flex 5 15iil05 for about 3 years now, it hasn't had any problems but recently this weird burn in like effect has been going on with vertical lines acrosee the screen. I have posted some photos below but i quick explanation, the longer you stay on a page, these long lines that go up and down the screen basically like burn. But non permanent and happens slowlu from screen to screen. Agian the photos are below

replace the screen and see if that fixes it
