Hey guys!

I'm looking to upgrade my system as a whole, but really stuck on the graphics card.

I've decided to pick the 5600x as my CPU and understand that the RX6700XT will be a good pairing for it. But I am just wondering if there is any difference between any of the cards?

I was looking to get my hands on one of the MSI 6700XT's but none are in stock, the only ones that are available are the PowerColour Fighter, XFX SFWT and ASUS DUAL.

Is there any vast difference between these cards or am I just overthinking?

Also, if anyone has any one of these cards, how does it perform and what is it like?

TIA

Bill

It depends on your region, but in general, the lowest price unit that isn't severely compromising on its features is in my opinion the best option. Another thing to consider is that the RX 6750 XT regularly goes on sale for the same ~$330 price point that the RX 6700 XT occupies.

The only major variable to consider is what size of cooler your build can handle, where getting the biggest one within reason being optimal. That's applicable in a scenario where you're left between a 2 fan card or a 3 fan card, the 3 fan card having a sizably larger heatsink, but can have compatibility issues with the case.

ASRock Radeon RX 6700 XT Challenger D Gaming Graphic Card, 12GB GDDR6 VRAM, AMD RDNA2 (RX6700XT CLD 12G) - Newegg.com

GIGABYTE Gaming OC Radeon RX 6750 XT Video Card GV-R675XTGAMING OC-12GD - Newegg.com

These being the two lowest new 6700 XT/6750 XT I found on Newegg for the US. $10 more for a better cooler and the better performance of the 6750 XT being very much worth it.

I'll be planning to put it in a Fractal Torrent Compact when I get it, is there much of a difference between the 6700xt and the 6750xt?

High clocks, faster memory, potentially 10% difference depending. I'd say if the difference is <$30 in late 2023, then its worth it, or if you plan to play at higher resolutions. When I went to go buy one for a system, it was about $50 difference, but sometimes you'll see them on sale for as low as $320, but I haven't seen that in a while.

FD Torrent Compact can handle quite the lengthy card, so that 6750 XT I linked would be stellar.
