I reckon for storage you should go with a 1TB Samsung 990 Pro NVME SSD as your boot drive, and a seagate barracuda 4tb as your mass storage drive. AMD Ryzen 7 5700G is not a particularly hot CPU, but if you are going to be doing some heavy overclocking, maybe get an AIO for better performance.

You want the 5700X, not the 5700G.

You could use PCpartpicker.com to check the price and compatibility, especially on Canadian market place and ruble dollar price

Here I make the list based on your specs for price estimation:

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G 3.8 GHz 8-Core Processor  ($239.98 @ Amazon Canada)
Motherboard: MSI PRO B550M-VC WIFI Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($134.99 @ Amazon Canada)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  ($72.99 @ Memory Express)
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 3.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive  ($129.97 @ Amazon Canada)
Video Card: MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ventus 2X 12G GeForce RTX 3060 12GB 12 GB Video Card  ($485.42 @ Amazon Canada)
Case: Fractal Design Pop Air RGB ATX Mid Tower Case  ($134.98 @ Newegg Canada)
Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart 600 W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply  ($67.19 @ Vuugo)
Monitor: Asus VG248QG 24.0" 1920 x 1080 165 Hz Monitor  ($199.99 @ Memory Express)

Here's my feedback on your build:

CPU: You could go for Ryzen 5600X to cut a bit on your budget, Gamers Nexus has tested the comparison especially on 5600X vs 5900X, with "whopping" 1.1746680286% improvement (more numbers mean more better 🤣)

GPU:

The 3060 of your price is a bit too much based on PCpartpicker, I would suggest

going for Radeon 7600 or RTX 4060 that will perform better and cost lower

Storage:
The usual to go is Samsung NVME. Depending on your budget, for the best bang for the buck, I would suggest Samsung 970 2TB (CAD 130), since you probably won't bottleneck the PCIe Gen3 anyway especially for gaming, but it's nice to have for 980 or 990 if you wanna spend more

PSU:

Thermaltake smart is a bit lower end though, if you can relocate CPU and GPU budget as I have mention before, you could buy a nicer PSU such as Seasonic Focus, Corsair RMx or EVGA Supernova

My System: Ryzen 7800X3D // Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX // 32GB 6000MHz DDR5 Silicon Power Zenith CL30 // Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT OC with mod heatsink on the metal plate  // Phanteks P300A  // Gigabyte Aorus GEN4 7300 PCIE 4.0 NVME // Kingston NV2 Gen4 PCIE 4.0 NVME //

Seasonic Focus GX-850 Fully Modular // Thermalright Frost Spirit 140 Black V3 // Phanteks M25 140mm // Display: Bezel 32MD845 V2 QHD // Keychron K8 Pro (Mod: Gateron black box ink; Tape mode on PCB and Keycaps) // Razer Cobra Wired Mouse // Audio Technica M50X Headphone // Sennheiser HD 650 // Genius SP-HF180 USB Speaker //

And Laptop Acer Nitro 5 AN515-45 for mobility

Phone:

iPhone 11 (with battery replaced instead of buying new phone for long term and not submitting (fully) to Apple Lord
