Please help me build/choose PC components

Budget (including currency): 800-1200 Euros 

Country: Belgium

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Siemens NX, AutoCAD, Most adobe programs. Including to gaming, fps games (val/csgo/apex), genshin, Elden ring

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

 

I'm hoping to build/buy a pc that can help me with my work and gaming. I'm hoping to be able to run two monitors (60 hz & 144hz) so I can work on two programs at the same time, I currently own a gaming laptop but it's time for an upgrade, I already have a keyboard, mouse and headphones. the budget is only for the pc including the case (not the monitors). (I also own windows from a used SSD which I will transfer to the new PC)

 

For gaming I'm hoping to get a solid fps to run smoothly (preferably the best I can get with my budget), and for GPU I prefer for Nvidia (but I can make an exception for a the best build)

 

My current laptop is a lenovo legion y540, 16gb ddr4 RAM,  i7-9750H, and gtx 1650

The 120mm fan goes inside the back of that case for a rear exhaust fan.

But i'll seriously suggest waiting another month or so and getting the new RX 7700XT or 7800XT; whichever of both fits the budget.

Siemens NX are the few rare cases where openCL is better than CUDA. If you only casually use Adobe, you might be better served with an AMD GPU.
