Cracked Die?

I'm not sure if this is a cracked die, but my GPU doesn't work anymore. But I am unsure whether it was the PSU that killed it (it killed itself and my motherboard and maybe RAM), or me when I was repasting it because I was bored. I was not able to find any burn marks or blown capacitors or similar, and I wanted to know whether this is a cracked die or just some kind of stain. It goes partially around the edge of the die and can be very hard to see, but located on opposite corners of the die.

See what it feels like with your fingernail. I'm betting just a stain because of the low likelyhood of cracks forming parallel to the edges like that.

Well then I suppose it's just the PSU that killed it, which doesn't make it better lol
