I'm looking to upgrade just the GPU in my PC, I currently have an i5 9400f and a Rx570.

My max budget is about 500€.

I've been thinking about getting: RTX 3070 (456€), RX 6750XT (400€), RX 6800 (510€).

If you were in my situation then which one would you get and why?

Thanks in advance!

I'd get a 6700 xt, not a 6750 xt

I would grab the 6750 XT and then put some more money together and upgrade the CPU.

My First PC
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Cooler: Asus TUF Gaming LC240
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B550-f gaming
RAM: 4x8 GB Corsair Vengeance RS (3200 MHz, CL16)
Storage: 1tb Samsung 980 Pro
Graphics Card: Asus Dual RTX 2060 OC
Case: Deepcool Matrexx 50
Power Supply: Corsair RM650x
Headset: Razer Blackshark V2
Keyboard: Corsair K70 Pro Mini (Speed Silver switches)
Mouse: Razer Viper Mini
Only changes I have made is I sold the 2060 for $235 AUD and bought a Powercolor Red Devil 6700 XT for $400 second hand (it was barely used, think I scored a deal on Ebay with that).

I love Photography (Using a Canon 60D)

Love F1, my favourite team is Ferrari and my favourite driver is Leclerc

That CPU with a low clock and only 6 cores without hyperthreading is not capable of properly feeding any of the mentioned GPU-s.

You should get an used i7 8700(K), i7 9700K or i9 9900K.

Then a Radeon RX 6600XT or 7600 or 6650XT.

Should be doable.

9400F will be bottlenecked to hell even by a 6700XT imo

A better upgrade path imo would be to upgrade the CPU to a Ryzen5500 with a cheap B450/B550 board, keep your RAM, and get a 6600XT (which is already 4x faster than the RX570...), for less than $500

Why?

How much is a 6700xt?

Ofteh  the 50 is a decent bit more for like 2% higher performance

I'd also look into getting a used i7 8700(k) or 9900(k) if the price isnt above 120. As your i5 isnt enough for modern games and none of the stuttery behaviot will go away with a gpu upgrade
