Upgrading PC, need a few tips.
Sorry, I am looking at a budget of ~$1500 (US) or less preferably, and will be using it for some gaming and possibly light streaming/recording (mostly only minecraft on that front), I plan on running 2 monitors, and already have one, and already have the peripherals I want other than the one extra monitor, and I am currently looking to upgrade due to the fact that my current build was ~350$ (not sure entirely, as my brother actually built it) and isn't performing to what I'd like it to.

I left the monitor out because I am assuming you will want to get a 2nd monitor that is the exact same as your current? If not, here is a good LG, IPS panel monitor
When I do my builds, I try and get the most possible performance for the lowest possible price. I try and bring my builds to the apex of price and performance before reaching the point of diminishing returns. You certainly have the resources to buy more aesthetically pleasing components or higher efficiency parts, but those expenditures will not impact in-game performance. This is an incredibly powerful computer from day one, while remaining very upgradeable.
Another thing I want to mention is that a brand new line of processors from Intel is coming out, it should be available as soon as June 2nd. The two components that you would have to switch would be your motherboard and your CPU. Change the motherboard to a Z97, and the CPU to an i5-4690k.
Lastly, Minecraft is not a very demanding game, and you could do with spend a lot less on a computer that will run and record minecraft smoothly. This build will run Minecraft, and any other game that you throw at it for the foreseeable future.
