Hello! Before I begin, my system specs are an i5 12600k, 32GB of RAM, and an RTX 3060. A few months ago, I created a Java Minecraft server that I ran on my PC, and I had my friend connect to it. I had zero issues with performance; I monitored the system as well, and just as I had thought, the two cores being used didn't even peak 20% according to Core Temp. I can't see anything unusual when I monitor my system's specs. However, as time progressed, something odd has been happening: my world has certain points around my home base where the FPS drops to 50 FPS using Complementary shaders. Thinking it was the shaders, I removed them, but to no avail. Ordinarily, I get up to 200 FPS just roaming the world, but something around my base seems to be causing a drop. I see no change in my system's usage or anything... it just drops for no reason I can think of. I updated drivers (and yes, I restarted—LOL), but nothing changed. I can't figure it out for the life of me. Any help or something to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
