For about 4 months my PC has been progressively failing to boot. When it fails it flashes cpu and dram light. I would usually try again or more recently take out cmos to clear it. But some days it takes 3 hours to turn on.

Spec:

Mobo- Gigabyte B650 aorus elite AX rev 1.0 (BIOS version F8b)

CPU- AMD ryzen 7 7700x

CPU cooler- noctua nh-d15

GPU- Asus rtx 3070ti

RAM- G.skills Flare X5 ddr5 16gb 6000mhz 1.35v (total 32gb for 2 sticks)

PSU- Powerspec 750w 80plus gold

I've tested everything but my psu, cpu, mobo nothing was changing. I eventually tried some ram that was at 5800mhz 1.1v, but no luck so I mailed that back (Stupid on my part). So with everything seeming to point to my mobo I went and bought an Asus rog strix b650e-f and rebuilt my pc. On this second attempt I was even going to a clean windows 11 install but once again the dram light cam on. I've tried different ram configurations on both mobos nothing seems to give a regular boot.

ATM I'm going to get some ram and new PSU just to say I've tried everything before assuming it's my cpu. Any help is appreciated as I'm trying to get this ready for starfield launch.
