So motherboard is a z590 plus wifi windows 10 pro. The issue I was having was it seemed like pages took a little more time to load then all browsers stopped loading. On my switch I still had activity to my computer. But I could still see people in steam didn't try to talk to them but it wasn't disconnected. But also in steam like trying to go threw the store it couldn't do anything either. So i just ran the windows troubleshooter said something about couldn't find dns and the internet icon would come and go but still no internet. So I tried the trouble shooter again this time said it found a fix would you like to try I hit yes then had to do a restart so im guessing it just reset the adapters and have internet again but was wondering if I might have something to worry about or not. I did a windows update last week but would think that would cause issues before now.

Well, that could be a lot of things, from bad network drivers, to bad dns/ipconfiguration, duplicate local IP and etc.
I don't think you should be worried about it if the issue has been solved and did not come back.

Not too long ago, my wifi card on my laptop just straight up stopped working. All I did was: went to device manager, uninstalled drivers, refresh the device manager, Windows automatically installed new drivers and it was fixed immediately.
