Should I buy a LG OLED 55BX for $600. I found someone that is selling a brand new and factory sealed unit and was just wondering if it is worth it as the TV had initially be launched 3 years ago in 2020. Any helpful suggestions or thoughts are welcomed. Thank you.

It's still a pretty great display despite being a few years old.  You're getting the amazing picture of an OLED still and it has variable refresh rate up to 120Hz.  It will be a little dimmer than a more modern OLED, so keep that in mind as to where you would be using it.

Biggest gamble point is going to be return policy/warranty (or lack there of).  For perspective, the B2 (closest equivalent currently around, though the B3 should be available soon) is still $1000 on sale at Best Buy.

EDIT: IF you do decide to pursue it, I would absolutely make sure it works and test it.  OLED displays can be damaged if it wasn't taken care of properly and you don't know how it was stored or what it went through even in the box over the last few years.
