Driver issues after BSOD.

Hey folks,

I had a BSOD yesterday and things got fucky... One of my games get's stuck on a blackscreen after devs/publishers are shown. It was this game I tried to launch when I got the BSOD (I loaded up my campaign, it was the game Battletech). My second screen flickers as soon as anything is done on it (like playing something on netflix, or pausing it) + it opens some program in my taskbar for a second when I do.

Some things are slower now. The BSOD said SOMETHING about 'driver' and I'm concerned it's damaged something. I'm trying to figure out what and if I should be worried. I've reinstalled said game, I've ran a cleanup of my PC, checked for viruses, powered the PC down fully (unplugged) overnight and updated my GeForce Drivers. I'm going to try and fully reinstall my drivers later, but besides that I'm a bit lost.

I panic easily with long, complicated steps to do so I'd love step by step help if any is there. I do appreciate it.
