Budget phone for 60fps on Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail etc

emothxughts

First time here in this mobile gaming sevtion, I usually spend time on the (gaming) PC side of this forum. I currently have a POCO X3 64GB phone, and I'm a big fan of the Hoyoverse games mentioned in the title. However, my phone is barely large enough to be able to install HSR, it outright can't install GI anymore, and I can only play at like 30fps, so I'd like to buy a new phone.

Ideally it should 1. have at least 256GB internal storage and 2. run these games at minimum 45fps on low settings. So now I ask, what are my budget options that can satisfy both conditions? A top of the line gaming phone is out of the question, I need a more budget friendly option.

When you say budget, what price range are you looking at?

Used phones. Pretty much your only option as 256GB + decent specs on a budget.

Ok, from what I could research, my most prospective choices for cheap gaming-capable phones (not necessarily dedicated gaming phones) are the Infinix Note 30 and the Redmi 12. Among these two phones, which one is the better/less worse choice for gaming? Note that the Infinix has the Helio G99, the Redmi the Helio G88.
