Weird startup behaviour

Go to solution Solved by CoveWolf,

Does the system seem to work after this issue occurs? Also, how did you uninstall the GPU driver? Did you use DDU to do so or no?

Hey, I have recently started noticing different behaviour when my PC starts up. It will start up like normal, showing my desktop screen for 2 seconds, and after that, a black screen appears for 3 more seconds, followed by my normal desktop again. It seems to me this is Windows loading the GPU Driver, because my custom color settings from the NVidia control panel only show up after the black screen. How can I fix this issue, if I already reinstalled the GPU driver several times, updated to windows 11 from 10, and updated to the latest BIOS version?

Yes, the system works flawlessly after that. I uninstalled them with DDU 1 time, and many more times using just windows, no luck

Nice! Srry for the late response

yeah it still kinda loads the driver a bit late, but I noticed the more settings I change in that control panel, the later the driver will load, its probably because my ssd is trash
