Sup guys, I bought some PC parts and trying to build my PC for the first time and I just want to ask if do i need to update the bios of my motherboard before i put all the PC parts like Q-Flash, I bought B550M-DS3H AC motherboard for my CPU Ryzen 5 5600.

Hey, welcome to the forum 馃檪 The BIOS needs to be F10 or later for the Ryzen 5000 series to work in your motherboard.聽 It may have shipped with that BIOS or later depending on the revision. It should say Ryzen 5000 ready on the motherboard box with an orange sticker or like this in the picture.

Yeah that would be it. If you need to identify it physically, iirc its on the motherboard's serial number sticker on both the box and the motherboard (usually near the CPU or 24 pin power).

Hi so i checked my motherboard and I see that my rev version is 1.4 and I check again the CPU support list and I see that it is different bios version with the first one, so basically the F14 is for rev 1 to 1.3 so mine is 1.4 and I checked the since version of my mobo is FB.
