I currently have a pc with a 2070 a ryzen 3 3200g and 16gb, i play roblox, minecraft and heavily modded minecraft and recently ordered 64 aka 2x32gb 3200mzh patriot viper steel ram.If it matters still has not arrived, and i have my cpu bottle necking my gpu to only 58% gpu usage would the ryzen 7 5700x be good for me? Im on a budget build btw.

The 5700x would be more then enough as it is an 8 core cpu which will be good with multi-threading tasks. The RAM would not affect your performance as roblox and minecraft are not RAM intensive.

I have the ram for my intense minecraft mods and they use quite a bit

The 5700x should not bottleneck the GPU as minecraft is a split game, which requires both your CPU and GPU most of the time.

It is a very CPU bounded title especially if you cut thru the world faster, forcing a bunch of chunk loading.
