Case light's not working correctly *FLASHING LIGHTS WARNING*

I am having trouble with the lights on my PC case and could use some help?

The lights turn on. It's just the LED button on the case does nothing.

Case: Lancool 215

Motherboard: Mag X570 Tomahawk Wifi

Is it synced with the motherboard and needs controlled through MSI's software?

I have the program installed and held down the syne button multpi time but it does not show up in the application.

Where do you have this plugged into the motherboard?

As long as it's plugged in correctly, I wonder if MSI doesn't like that there's no ground pin on the signal wire. Does it show up with SignalRGB?
