Hi love the show I have watched nily all the videos 

I have dun   samethink in bios and I just looping it just wont boot in windows it was working in till I went in bios like a dick

Remove the silver battery from the motherboard, also called the CMOS battery. Remove it for 5 minutes and put it back in and turn the PC on. Removing the CMOS battery will reset the BIOS to original settings.
