 Demo of what is happening

Hello everyone

So i've been having this weird RAM problem whenever I put RAM in slots one and three (2 and 4 work fine) the PC doesn't boot and gives me a ram error I tried using a different CPU and Gpu I tried using different RAM always the same error I even tried cleaning the slots with isopropyl alcohol I don't know what to do, does this mean that the motherboard is toast?

It boots normally if the xmp profile is not turned on it defaults to 2666 mhz but when I turn on xmp or (DOCP)

It doesn't turn on (only on slots 1 and 3)

I've used it a while back with all four slots and it didn't have a problem, the problem just showed up recently

Also I've used a single stick (that I know works) in every single slot to check the slots and the problem only happens on slots 1 and 3
